Welcome to our February 2014 newsletter and details of our first trip which is to Pets Corner in May. We are also now in the process of opening up the caravans and they will be available for holidays from the end of March until the beginning of November. Please see below for details of how to book.
Christmas Party and Bowling
It was lovely to see so many families at the Christmas Party and we hope you all had fun. It was great that we had such a variety of entertainment from Magic Daz, Dance Insain and The Ratells and still had time for the usual games, dancing, photos with the Sheffield Wednesday mascot and a special visit from Father Christmas. The bowling trip for the teenagers was to Hollywood Bowl and a group of about 40 children and helpers were there for the evening. The staff at the venue were excellent and we hope everyone who went had a great time whether or not they won! We would also like to pass on a very big thank you to everyone who helped at both these events, we couldn't manage without you.
Events for the teenagers
As the bowling event was such a success again, this year we are looking at arranging some events specifically for the teenagers (aged 12 and above). Please contact the office if you have any suggestions of what we could do and if you would be interested in these events. We will then organise the trips and publicise them in the usual way through the Newsletter.
