May is finally here and the Bradford  Public Library is Rocking!                  
Bridge the Digital Divide at the Colatina Exit , Saturday, May 12th at 8:30.        
$18 advance tickets and $20 at the door.   Wall-Stiles will be performing their contemporary folk-rock music so expect and evening of energetic and original entertainment  to benefit the Bradford Public Library's technology initiative.

Shiitake Mushrooms

Thursday, May 3, 6:00 P.M.
Area mushroom hobbyist, Michael Caldwell will take us through the how-to of mushroom cultivation, lessons learned and cold weather tricks and tips. There will be a hands-demonstration of drilling hardwood logs and inoculating them with spawn. "Rev Michael" is the pastor of East Corinth Congregational United Church of Christ and has been growing Shiitake mushrooms in this area and improving his technique for many successful years.

George Sykes recently returned from a deployment to Haiti for the American Red Cross. 
The slide show  of his nearly 21 months in Haiti will be of a personal retrospective of his experiences and impressions.

Memorial Day Plant and Books Sale


Friday and Saturday, May 25 and 26 on the Copeland lawn.
Lots of perennials from the Coffins and choice books from the library will be on sale so get there early.
