The Cook County Land Bank would like to introduce three new staff members to our team! Dominic Diorio, Mustafaa Saleh, & Elisha Sanders have been brought on to fill out our acquisitions and asset management departments, and we are tremendously excited to have all three of them here to help fulfill the Land Bank's mission!
Dominic Diorio is one of our two-person acquisition team, and comes with 15+ years of real estate experience and evaluating and acquiring distressed assets.
Our other acquisition specialist, Elisha Sanders, comes to us from Urban Partnership Bank and has a strong background in corporate & commercial investment banking.
Mustafaa Saleh, our new Asset Manager, is a former Property Manager for Galaxy Properties and specializes in managing all residential & commercial assets.

The CCLBA would also like to bid Eric Williams, our former Senior Acquisitions' Manager, a fond farewell as he has resigned his position at the Land Bank and moved on to pursue other opportunities.
