PrivateBank Announces Call for Developers
Recognizing the challenge that home owners face to acquire and rehab distressed homes, the Cook County Land Bank Authority was pleased to announce a commitment of up to $10 million in construction financing from The PrivateBank, which will specifically go to developers that obtain homes from CCLBA and rehab them for home buyers in Cook County hard-hit communities. Today we are pleased to announce that The PrivateBank has issued a Request for Qualifications from qualified housing developers and contractors who are interested to participate in this initiative. Responses are due December 19 and a pre-bidders conference will be held December 3. For more information on the RFQ and conference, please click here.
