What do the holidays mean to you?

Vacations, parties, pumpkin treats, family, sweets?

With a little more than 2 months left in the year, how are you doing on the goals you set for yourself in January? Do you need to regroup and reprioritize? Rather than give up and give in to all the fantastic temptations this season, reclaim your 2016 goals and get a jump start on 2017. In addition to the events we have coming up (Fight to Fit, Never Give Up, & Craving Christmas) and the amazing tools at your fingertips with, here are 5 tips to help you through those parties and family gatherings...and help you end the year feeling accomplished and proud.

5 Tips For Staying On Track This Holiday Season

The BEST chili I've ever had

One of the greatest things about fall and winter is that it is officially chili season. Up until three years ago, I didn't even know how to make chili let alone get creative with it myself. Oh how far I have come! This latest variation is the BEST yet. It may be the secret ingredient. Try it out and tell me what you think. 


Fight to Fit

Let's be honest... getting fit is hard. STAYING fit can be even harder. Are you ready to FIGHT for the body and health you've always wanted?? To feel better, look better, and BE better every single day? I am soooo excited for the release of CORE DE FORCE -- 30 days of zero-equipment, core-defining workouts inspired by the most high-octane sport in the world – Mixed Martial Arts. Everyone will benefit from the strength and power found in these workouts. It's also perfect for mom's like me who struggle with diastasis recti (aka mommy tummy as a result of injury to the abdominal muscles) because it focuses so much on building a strong core.

I am taking on this program in November and YOU are invited to join me. My workouts FUEL all the other parts of my life...interacting with my kids, my husband, random people at the grocery store ;) ...and these programs have been the FOUNDATION. They keep me sane! Never Give Up

There are 9 Mondays left in the year. 

Have you reached your goals for 2016? Have you backslid? Do you need to start over but think it's too late? Why try now with the holidays and all the temptations coming up? 

Why? Because you are WORTH IT! You are worth the effort, worth the work. You are meant to feel amazing and do amazing things. Even as a coach I struggle with this. I am not where I want to be. But I WILL NOT give up. And I don't want you to either. One of my mantra's over the last few years has been to never give up. Let me share that with you.
