Have you seen this? Do you have a year end resolution?

Why wait until January to revisit your goals? That's like slashing your other 3 tires because you get a flat. There is still time! Don't give up on 2015, and don't give up on yourself. A lot can happen in 5 weeks. 

Start slow by cutting out soda or walking an extra mile a day (that's only 10-15 minutes of your day!). Is it cold where you are? March in place during the commercials on your favorite show, randomly challenge your kids or your spouse to do jumping jacks or squats with you for 5 minutes. 

If you are ready to run and push yourself then grab that workout off the shelf, commit to doing the whole thing, and push play. And if you need accountability, I'm always here ready to push you and cheer you on. All you need to do is reach out.
