Holistic Health and Wellness Expo - 26th-29th May

We are pleased to be involved with the Holistic Health and Wellness Expo next week being put on by CPAA at Hampstead. It is a great opportunity for people to find out more about holistic health options.  We will have a display at the expo on the Wednesday and Friday.

Mark and I will be presenting on "Building Positive Wellbeing" 11.30am-12.00pm on the Wednesday and 10am-10.30am on the Friday.  We will be discussing a broad range of considerations for enhancing your wellbeing and resilience.  It will be bit of taster of our "Project You" course.

Feel free to come along for a chat with us if you would like to know a bit more about the services we offer and check out the other interesting stalls and presentations.
