Spring Newsletter,   2014

This Edition Includes:

Welcome to our Spring Newsletter.  Spring is a lovey time of year, it is getting warmer, the days are a bit longer,  the beautiful blossoms are out and it’s a time to start packing away the woollies and dusting off the BBQ.   Spring is often seen as a time for new beginnings, rejuvenation and renewal, a time to clean out the cobwebs and get organised.   Like the seasons our lives go through cycles and regularly change, sometimes these changes bring new opportunities and energize us, at other times they can bring sadness or days we wished we hadn't gotten out of bed.  Change like the seasons is an inevitable part of life and how well we flourish in our changing world is very much influenced by our attitude, skills and resilience.

We live in a very busy and complex world and often don’t take the time to reflect on our own lives and consider if we are living the life we want. Are we being true to ourselves, are we making use of our strengths, spending quality time with the people we love or doing things we are passionate about?  We also live in a world focused on problems and it is to easy to notice what is not right, that even good doesn’t seem good enough.  We would like to suggest that Spring is the perfect time to 'take some time out' to reflect on your life, and consider investing in “project you”.

For Be Inspired Group, Spring has also been a time for reflecting on why we are here, how we can do things better, and how we can structure our business to inspire ourselves and others, and really make a difference in our community.  This has motivated us to develop new services to enhance positive wellbeing and to challenge ourselves and follow our passions.

'A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step' – Lao Tzu.

“In our lives, change is unavoidable, loss is unavoidable. In the adaptability and ease with which we experience change, lies our happiness and freedom.” —Buddha

Warm regards
