CPR Turns 9!

CPR took to the waters and cruised along the Torrens on Adelaide’s iconic Popeye boat at the annual CPR Birthday Party and Family Fun Day, celebrating CPR’s 9th Birthday. Big kids and little kids alike enjoyed lunch alongside the river, then celebratory cake on the Popeye while we cruised along and admired the sites, including an interesting underside view of the new foot bridge to Adelaide Oval!

Immanuel College

Immanuel College will be proud of this iconic new two storey Senior School building. The design of the building features an extensive glass facade to the east elevation with the first floor cantilevering out and overlooking the main oval. An existing two storey masonry building has been incorporated in the design and has required innovative structural detailing throughout the new construction to accommodate the resulting lower than typical floor-to-floor height.

Dutch Aged Care

This project consists of a two storey residential aged care facility including dining and kitchen areas with link into existing building and internal refurbishments to an existing kitchen.
Structural steel frame with a suspended slab and split level roof.

Marryatville High School

Recently completed, this high profile project features a new two storey, reinforced concrete framed Learning Centre located in the south-east corner of the magnificent Marryatville High School grounds. Further to this work, construction has just commenced on alterations and additions to two existing buildings on the site along with extensive upgrading of pavements and landscaping on the school site.

Adelaide Airport Plaza - Canopies, Retail Pods and Water Feature

Travellers can now enjoy the tranquility of a sweeping water feature along with new retail outlets, convenience stores, and amenities on the central plaza area. CPR has been accruing ‘frequent inspection points’ for these fast tracked multiple projects but unfortunately not frequent flyer points.

Wishing you a very happy and safe Easter from the team at CPR
