We have a new batch of Single Run Series Whiskey! Only 109 bottles were produced, and it's really good so it's going fast! See below for more info and tasting notes and come taste for yourself this weekend in Camden!

Have you tried "Ben Gin" - our experimental, only-in-the-tasting room, small-batch gin made from a distilled-beer base? Well the first batch is almost all gone, but Batch #2 is being bottled this week! This weekend is your only chance to try them side-by-side and experience the experiment that is Ben Gin! Try it in a gin & tonic, a classic gin fizz, or one of our more creative concoctions!



We now carry a selection of Element Shrubs so you can take you home-mixology game to the next level! Element Shrubs are handcrafted in Arlington, VA and come in such amazing flavors as Pineapple-Tumeric and Blood Orange Saffron! We'll be using a variety of Element Shrubs on our cocktail menu, so you can try them out before you take them home!

New Single Run Series Whiskey

Our latest batch of Single Run Series Whiskey was distilled from Tonewood Brewing's Chief Pale Ale from just down the road in Oaklyn, NJ! We distilled it back in January and aged it in one of the 15 gallon, charred oak barrels that originally held Cooper River Bourbon Whiskey! This 82.9 proof whiskey has complex flavors of pears and green apples, caramel syrup, toasty malts, and an oaky, nutty finish! Only 109 bottles produced, so get yours soon!

The Local Healer

This cocktail comes courtesy of ThirstyCamelCocktails and is a riff on the classic flavors of the Penicillin - Cheers!

2 oz Single Run Series Whiskey - Tonewood Chief
¾ ounce lemon juice
¾ ounce honey ginger syrup
½ oz Petty's Island Driftwood Dream Spiced Rum

Add all ingredients except the spiced rum to a shaker and shake with ice until very cold. Pour over fresh ice cubes in an old fashioned glass. Float the Driftwood Dream Spiced Rum on top using the back of a bar spoon. Garnish with a piece of candied or fresh ginger.
