Countdown to the UK general election

STOPAIDS has been working with our members to influence the positions of the major UK political parties as they move towards the general election on May 7th. We were active at party conferences in the Autumn, have carried out a number of meetings with the political parties since then, and made time for a number of written submissions. We are having a members-only meeting to prioritise our work over the coming months on February 2nd, 2.30 – 4.30pm at STOPAIDS. Do join. RSVP

STOPAIDS mid-term review of 2013-2016 strategic plan - consultation with members

Our next quarterly meeting is scheduled to take place on the afternoon of the 28th January at the THT London Lighthouse across in Ladbroke Grove. We want to use the meeting to consult members on the mid-term review of our strategic plan. The afternoon will be enlivened by presentations and group work. Please let us know if you can attend by completing the surveymonkey form before the end of this Friday, 16th January.

News from STOPAIDS and Working Groups

Since we began in 1986, STOPAIDS has operated working groups. These are vibrant member-led spaces where people come together to strategize and learn, in person or by email, with support from the staff team. Over the past year, some groups have been more active than others, and new streams of work have been identified as we work to deliver our network’s strategic plan. Please have a look at what we are proposing and consider signing up. It will take you less than a minute!
