Diego Pellicer Reports Ongoing Revenue
From Operational Colorado Production Facilities

Grand Opening Flagship Location in Seattle on May 4, 2016

Los Angeles, April 11, 2016 - StockWatchIndex had announced in an earlier newsletter that three Diego Pellicer Colorado locations have already been operational, while the Company prepares for the Grand Opening of its flag ship location in Seattle on May 4, 2016. The Grand Opening will be celebrated with a Media Day on May 4, 2015. Today the Company announced that is has already been generating revenues from the first of these operational facilities for the past three months and that an escalator clause in the rental agreements will become effective in April,  tripling the revenue
               
Seattle, WA – April 11, 2016 –– Diego Pellicer Worldwideâ„¢ (OTCQB: DPWW) a real estate and a consumer retail development company that is focused on developing Diego Pellicerâ„¢ as the world's first "premium" cannabis brand, today reports that the company has been booking revenue from the first of its three Colorado facilities, with the others scheduled to come on line in the ensuing months. The Company has been generating $12,000 per month from the Jason Street (CO) cultivation facility for the past six months. An escalator clause in the lease agreement triggers this month and it is anticipated that the rate will increase to $32,000 on May 1, 2016. (Pending finalization of rate increase negotiations with tenant.)
