To contribute funds for this cause please designate your giving in the Berkey offering to “textbooks for students.”

Pastoral SearchPray for our Pastoral Search Committee (Randy Horst, Abbe Buller, Priscillah Metekai, Deb Williams, and Richard Aguirre) as they continue their work. On December 14 they will meet with Doug Kaufman, the Indiana-Michigan Mennonite Conference pastor for leadership transitions.

IN-MI Mennonite Conference
Pray for North Leo Mennonite, Leo, IN (Conrad Mast, transitional pastor). North Leo is rejoicing in several areas of renewal. Three members have passed through life-threatening medical procedures and are again able to partially re-enter congregational life. The church, itself, has been delighted to study Anabaptist Core Values. Many comments have been made about the unique witness they offer in their community. North Leo has entered a period of discernment using questions developed out of an Appreciative Inquiry approach to decision making. Pray for them that the Spirit continue making its joyful presence known among them in renewal and shared purpose.

Mennonite Education Agency
Pray for students at Eastern Mennonite Seminary as they prepare for exams and Advent and Christmas worship services in this busy season.

Mennonite Mission Network
Mennonite churches in Bolivia have vacation Bible school this month. Margrit Kipfer Barrón, serving with Mennonite Mission Network, helps prepare the curriculum and train teachers. Pray that the Spirit of God will move in a powerful way among the children who attend and their families.
