Playground and Parking Project
Thanks to all who have pledged and donated so far to the Parking Lot/Playground Capital Campaign. We have received $27,970 in pledges and donations which is 34% of the total cost of the project. Given the limited amount of time we've had under the campaign so far, we feel this is a good start and appreciate the strong support for the project.
However, due to the short time frame, we would ask again for your consideration and prompt reply. We will have pledge forms available at church this Sunday or you can respond directly via email to Jason
. Thanks for your prayerful response.

Meals for Students
Over the years Berkey has been a wonderful, welcoming church home for many college/young adult students. One of the highlights for the students is having a meal each Sunday after church. This allows them to get to know our church family in a more informal setting and learn to know a wider range of people. You don’t need to make anything fancy – just a simple meal of food you enjoy making. You can host in your home or at the church, using the church kitchen. You may sign up individually, with someone else or as a small group. Follow this link
; username: students, password: bamf. For more information, contact Ruth Roth
. Thank you so much for your meals and friendship to our students!
Last Sunday the theme for our next year was introduced, Circle of Grace
. In the service everyone received a Son Catcher
symbol to keep and put in a visible place as a daily reminder of God's unfailing light and love. If you did not receive one, there are more in a basket in the fellowship hall.
