Oaklawn Education Seminar
Join us June 16 on the Goshen Oaklawn campus, 8:00-11:00 a.m., for a discussion about how minimizing certain aspects of biblical scripture may only be inhibiting our ability to relate to those who have experienced trauma. Speaker Corinna Guerrero will share her perspective on how Scriptures that contain murder (Genesis 4), rape (Genesis 34) or social desolation (the Prophets) are necessary components to helping those who have experienced trauma. Recovering a biblical history laced with loss helps us bridge the gap between trauma thousands of years ago and trauma today. Register online
