We were so happy to have Addie and Micah dedicated in church on Sunday. Having chosen a busy summer weekend, we missed having many of you there so we wanted to include a brief note in the newsletter as well. We first considered having Addie dedicated when she was a baby and we were attending Portland Mennonite Church. However, since we were thinking about a move to Goshen at the time, we decided to wait and have her dedicated at a church that we would be a part of as she grew. We are grateful to have found that community here at Berkey.
Berkey has welcomed our family with open arms. You have reached out to Addie in the nursery and ministered to her through her wonderful Sunday school class. You helped us welcome Micah by providing delicious meals for our family. We rejoice with you in the gift of our children and look to you for support as we continue on our own faith journeys and strive to raise our kids to know God.
The custodians will not be here the weekend of July 26-27 to do the cleaning. If you are able to help out with cleaning that weekend, please let
