Service spotlight

We have a wide range of specialist services to meet the individual needs of every carer in Leeds and each month we shine the spotlight on one of our services.

This month we'd like to tell you about our Dementia Hub.
Our experienced carer support workers support and train hundreds of carers each year and have specialist support available for families of young people with dementia and hospital based support.

Take a look at how we're adapting this support through the COVID-19 crisis and how you can access help and training:

You can now follow our dementia hub on facebook here.
