National Council for Social Studies Conference
Ernest N. Morial Convention Center

900 Convention Center Blvd.
New Orleans, LA
November  13-15. 2015

Join HRE USA and the NCSS HRE Community for the annual National Council of Social Studies (NCSS) conference in New Orleans for an exchange of ideas and resources and for a world class New Orleans jazz experience. The theme of this year’s conference is Celebrate Social Responsibility. Subthemes include Celebrate Human Rights; Celebrate Sustainability; Celebrate Global Citizenship-Past and Present; and Celebrate Excellence in Social Studies Education.

This year’s NCSS Annual Conference includes a wide range of HRE-related presentations as part of the overall conference.  HRE USA partner, the Thomas J. Dodd Research Center, has developed a guide for conference attendees of the most HRE-related sessions.
