Making Your Online Marketing Count
By now, every business owner knows that having a high quality, engaging online presence is essential for success. Many businesses focus entirely on getting on that first page of Google; but then what? Is being on the first page enough? The answer, quite simply, is no. The goal of any business shouldn’t simply to be the first page. If your potential clients are not engaged and interested in your website, they will move on to the next one. Businesses need to design websites that are interactive, engaging, and can turn those visitors into customers. Follow this link for guidelines that have consistently shown success in the online market and will improve the effectiveness of your webpage.

Epic Esprit De Corps Hunt

It would take too much newsletter space to write about each and every amazing event we do at Quality Team Team spells "York," as in Peppermint PattyBuilding; however some events are just too amazing not to share! Recently, we completed an Esprit de Corps scavenger hunt for TEK Productions with 650 people.  It was our largest and most exciting Esprit de Corps to date! The 65 teams trekked around the beautiful EPCOT Theme Park, hunting for locations and items of interest along the way.

But one of the things that makes Esprit de Corps events different is a challenge for participants to work creatively, recreating visual depictions of teamwork ideals, like collaboration, listening skills, creativity, and diversity. This ensures our events are not only fun, exciting, and challenging, but also educational. Our goal is to leave your team working more effectively than when they arrived. If you would like to learn how a custom designed Esprit de Corps might help your business or client work more effectively, please contact us.

Why We Do What We Do

We all do things our own way and sometimes other people do things in a way that is very different from us. Who is right, and who is wrong? It all boils down to your own individual behavioral style; why you talk and listen the way you do. In this upbeat presentation, the participants will learn to recognize their behavioral style and the behavioral styles of those around them, enabling them to manage their communications and interactions more effectively. Participants will also discuss effective strategies on how to improve communication, personal performance, and cooperation.
