Here are a few updates and tips about digital marketing that may help your business.
Google Web Stories: You're likely familiar with Stories on Instagram and Facebook. Not to be outdone, Google also offers this features, but is intended for you to post on your website rather than a third-party platform. If you create stories for other platforms you may want to check out Google Web Stories. If not, add it to your list of things to ignore.
Discovery Campaigns: I've tried this in some of my Google Ads client accounts, continuing them when they're working and pausing when they're not. These ads show on YouTube, the Discovery tab and Gmail. According to Google, 86 percent of online consumers say they're on the lookout for shopping ideas as they watch videos or explore content across the web which is why this is at least worth testing.
For Google Ads users: Stop searching for your own ads on Google. This will trigger false impressions which could impact your CTR. Plus, ads are geared towards specific users so your results will be different than your audience and the ad auction is constantly changing.
