Greetings <<First Name>>, welcome to this week's newsletter!

Grumpy weather?

I love the picture above, it sort of sums up many of the comments people have made to me over the last few days. Especially Sunday. After all it chucked down with rain, then when we got to the level for worship, the sun came out (in fact it was boiling hot during set up).

So, what is it with the weather? I sometimes think nature is as confused as we are at the moment. So many stories flying around that it appears noone knows what is happening or what is going to happen.

My thinking is that i will continue to concentrate on what i am doing. That following what i am called to do is where my focus needs to be, especially now. It helps, having made that decision, to drown out all the rumours, all the worries, all the fears.

Following a calling can give a persons life not only direction but a clarity that helps you deal with things more easily. I have found that it enables me to get on and do, no matter how crazy the world gets.

So, dont be like the weather, up and down, light and dark, making people grumpy, listen intently for what God is calling you to and have a positive impact on those close to you, but also the wider world.

Smile, we got this!

Have a truly blessed and focussed week

Andrew
