September was a very energetic month for the team. Five members of staff donned their running gear and braved the torrential rain to run the Sheffield 10k for Snowdrop Project, raising a grand total of £1,168 to support victims of human trafficking. Meanwhile, back in the office, we were busy fixing computers, welcoming new members of staff and eating pizza. Oliver won the Resolve Horse for "innovation" and one customer said "I couldn't want better from an IT support company". All in all, a great month!

Exchange Server 2010 support extended
In the previous newsletter we announced that Microsoft was ending support for Exchange Server 2010 in January 2020. Well, since then, Microsoft has decided to extend support until 13 October 2020. This gives customers even longer to move to more up-to-date systems. Great news! If you're still using Exchange Server 2010, we'd highly recommend moving to either Exchange Online or Exchange Server 2013/2016 within the next year. Jude outlines both of them on the blog.
