April was the month when we celebrated Resolve Day, which is when we take a break from our desks to spend time together and shout about everyone's achievements over the past year. We started the day at Hollywood Bowl and ended the day dining at Tamper. Congratulations to Craig who was crowned bowling champion. And well done to Jude, Jared, Lee and David who won the Resolve Day awards for their outstanding work at Resolve. 
Automation and IT - what lies ahead?
Automated technology is increasingly becoming part of our everyday lives, but what does this mean for our jobs? Jordan did some investigating to see how AI will affect the IT industry going forwards. Although there has been some scaremongering about a large proportion of jobs being taken by robots, it looks more likely that robots will become useful tools that work alongside humans.

Meet the customer service manager
We think good customer service is pretty important - it has been a central part of Resolve since day one. Wonderfully, we have won several awards for our high standard of customer support. To ensure we continue to deliver an excellent service, we employed a customer service manager - aka Lee. Hannah chatted to Lee about what his role involves and how he can assist customers.

Reminder that Skype is on its way out
A few months ago we mentioned that Skype for Business is soon to be replaced by Teams - in fact some of you might have already made the switch. We have been using Teams for a few months now, and can confirm that it is actually quite good. If you are still using Skype and feel unsure about what the transition means, Jude has written a handy blog to explain how it all works.
