NEW TO THE MONTANA
BUSINESS SERVICES DIVISION
Dear Montana Business Customer --
The Business Services Division of the Montana Secretary of State’s Office is excited to announce the launch of an enhancement to SOS Enterprise, the online filing system.
A new shopping cart feature allows Montana business customers to file and pay for multiple documents in one transaction. Business filings, notary filings, and UCC liens can be added to the cart and paid for at the same time, with the same payment method.
The Secretary of State’s Office also revealed the Montana Business Economic Report, which offers an in-depth look at Montana’s business landscape over the last decade. It provides detailed information such as the total number of active businesses each year, the number of new businesses registered each year, and a heat map highlighting where new businesses are being created in Montana.
The new Montana Business Economic Report, which will be updated annually, can be found on the Secretary of State’s website by clicking here.
The Mission of the Office of the Secretary of State is to protect the integrity of elections, be an asset to businesses and preserve official history.
The Three Forks Farmers Market is having a banner year. Once people come to the market, they realize this is a place for discovering authentic, local items. Coming to shop at the farmers market is an experience and the new addition of the Community Corner has been a real boon to the market. The farmers market is the perfect place to find one of a kind gifts for others. At the farmers market, you can buy the freshest fruits and vegetables available; sometimes harvested the same day you buy them. Friends and family will love specialty items sold by a variety of vendors. Whether it’s hand-made jewelry, fresh local produce or non-perishable items there’s plenty of reasons to shop at the Three Forks Farmers Market.
