Did you happen to catch the most recent issue of Bon Appetit magazine?! The Hudson Farmers' Market got a very prominent mention from our friends Mona and Kate over at Talbott & Arding.

We are thrilled to see our name among all the other wonderful local institutions that do so much for this community! There are a ton of articles coming out in major publications about Hudson-- everyone wants to travel and most people seem to be doing so locally. If you happen to see us, or one of our lovely vendors, mentioned please shoot us a heads-up at our email. We would love to feature it in the newsletter each time it happens.

[Market is every Saturday, rain or shine. Hours are 9am to 1pm. Corner of 6th and Columbia St. As per CDC guidance, masks are recommended for those who are unvaccinated.]
Voting is still happening for America's Farmers Market Celebration! It is running from now until September! If you love us, please share your enthusiasm by casting your ballot for us here. Top winners receive cash prizes from American Farmland Trust and the Farmers Market Coalition. All participants receive both national and regional recognition!
We also found out that we have been listed as an EXCEPTIONAL MARKET through Certified Naturally Grown. This list of nationally recognized co-ops, grocers, and farmers' markets is about supporting farmers' who do not use synthetic herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, or GMOs. We have a few of those at our market!

Very very happy to be recognized for a different and older style of land and community stewardship.
It's officially cherry, blueberry, and tomato season.
We made this breakfast bowl this weekend with maple yogurt from Chaseholm Farm, a blueberry passionfruit bar from Happy Belly, sour cherries from Samascott Orchard, jam from Martin Farm, and our favorite granola. This is always a great way to eat a wide variety of what we have available at the market.
With all the rain this week we think the perfect pick-me-up would be a bouquet of dahlias from Cedar Flower Farm...
...or by grabbing a loaf of your favorite sourdough, cutting it thick, toasting it perfectly, and topping with some freshly-made marinated tomatoes, cheese, and torn basil.
Wickers Creek will be performing--a blend of bluegrass, soul, and traditional string music-- from 10am to noon tomorrow.

Asia Luna will have soaps, Outdoor Fellow will have candles, and Clair Raabe will have blown glass.
