View this email in your browser
We'll have everything you need for your weekend plans and your weekly planning! Meat, veggies, fruit, baked goods, spirits, cheese, flowers, pickles, and more.
WEEKLY SAFETY STATEMENT
We need to remind you how necessary it is to wear masks while shopping with us. Many of our vendors have a "no mask = no service" signs at their booth. This is for their safety, as well as yours. Numbers are rising across the country. People are starting summer travel. We come in contact with many customers each week. If one of us gets sick that means it's an entire business, and possibly the farmers market, that goes into quarantine for a minimum of 2 weeks. So WEAR YOUR MASKS when you shop!

DOWN TO BUSINESS:

1:
Many of our vendors are offering pre-order pickups through their websites and social media pages. THIS is your best way to secure what you want at market AND grab-n-go.

2: SOCIAL DISTANCING rules are IN EFFECT! Keep 6ft between you (or your group) and others ESPECIALLY while waiting in line. Know that our vendors are doing the BEST that they can to keep the lines organized and moving quickly, while also tending to each and every customer. Please remain patient!

3: We encourage our OLDER and IMMUNE-COMPROMISED customers to shop with us during the morning hours. 9AM and 10AM is our SLOWEST time-- this is when we think it would be safest for you!

4: MASKS are an ABSOLUTE NECESSITY to shop at the HFM. It looks bad for us if you're not following the rules! Aside from not being a good neighbor, it has the potential to shut us down. So keep them on while shopping and interacting with other customers and our vendors.

5: The newsletter will mostly be devoted to reminding you of the PRECAUTIONS and PROTOCOLS we MUST follow in order to continue operating. We will be sneaking in some extra special info from time to time about what you can find weekly from various vendors and recipes we love!

6: SNAP/EBT machine is at the Scarecrow Farm tent in the St John's Church lot.
PRECAUTIONS and PROTOCOLS:
We are requiring each vendor to wear gloves and a mask–– plus they will have bottles of hand sanitizer available for use at their stands. We will have a handwashing station at the market (with instructions).

We are spreading vendors between two spots in response to social distancing requirements.

We are encouraging you to continue coming to the market, but make your shopping as efficient as possible. Remember: GRAB and GO! We love you and we understand that the market is social time, but if we don't enforce this WE WILL BE SHUT DOWN. Please help us out by heading home as soon as you're done!

Please remember to wear your mask and use your sanitizer when shopping.

Please ask vendors for help with their product and be patient with the lines.

Above all, if you're feeling sick please stay home-- have someone else do your shopping!
Be safe and attentive THIS Saturday! And please, remember to bring your reusable bags  ❤❤
