Sauti Sol announce “Alone-Together” journey

Sauti Sol music group members - Bien Aime, Chimano, Savara and Fancy Fingers are taking onto individual journeys as entertainers. Their journey “Alone-Together ” in which they are actualizing by showcasing their personal strengths and characters as the artists who came together to form Sauti Sol - has began. Each member shall embark on their “alone phase” with single releases, which will be followed by releases of full projects - ‘Bald Men Love Better’ by Bien- Aime, ‘Father Studies’ by Fancy Fingers, ‘Heavy Is The Crown’ by Chimano and ‘Savage Level’ by Savara.

Tems announced as Apple Music Up Next artist

Apple Music recently announced artist/producer Tems as the latest addition to its Up Next program, Apple Music's monthly artist initiative geared towards identifying, showcasing and elevating rising talent. Tems announced her signing to Since ’93/RCA Records, following the release of her single,Crazy Tings.’ Tems is a dynamic songwriter and producer who is bringing a new energy to the Nigerian music scene. The Isale Eko native boasts a blend of R&B and Soul paired with African nuances to create her unique sound. Watch Team's Up Next film out now.

Mawimbi Seafood Restaurant - World's Best!

Kenya's very own fine dining restaurant, Mawimbi Seafood Restaurant & Cafe, is in the global limelight for winning the coveted award as top Seafood Restaurant at the 6th Annual World Luxury Restaurant Awards 2021 held in Mauritius on 8th of Oct 2021.  This impressive feat comes in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic as Mawimbi opened its doors February 2020 just before Covid hit. They however braced the difficult times by staying open to cater to their global audience while respecting Covid protocols. For more read on Mawimbi here

What’s Good Networks & REVOLT TV airing What’s Good Africa - Ghana edition

What’s Good Networks & REVOLT are back with the second iteration of What’s Good Africa, a weekly unscripted lifestyle series exploring all aspects of Hip Hop culture in Africa on REVOLT, that first aired on REVOLT TV. Season 2, hosted by broadcast personality and actor Alex Kwesi Crassie and singer Enam, explores Ghana’s bustling music, fashion, food and art scenes. This latest season features exclusive appearances from rappers Kweku Smoke, Yaw Tog, Kofi Jamar and Obibini, Afrobeats artists: Stonebwoy, Worlasi, Epixode, Efya, KiDi, Adina, Akiyana and Afro Roots Reggae artist Rocky Dawuni, among others.
