Outside the cook school, we’re delighted to have seasoned forager, Chris Westgate, back to lead our foraging courses. Chris will walk you through the beautiful Somerset countryside where you’ll identify, collect and then prepare your wild finds in a one-day course designed to introduce you to the wonders of nature on your doorstep. You’ll learn to identify edible and non-edible plants and how to cook with and eat common garden weeds. Click here for dates.
