Did the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) send a letter to you or your practice, saying that you are subject to the 2017 Medicare EHR payment adjustment based on your performance during the 2015 EHR reporting period? If so—and you believe you received a negative adjustment in error—you can apply for reconsideration through Feb. 28, 2017. View application and instructions.
