Apply to Be a Writer to Writer Mentor—Last Day!
The application period for those writers wishing to serve as mentors in the Fall 2015 session of Writer to Writer closes today, August 1. Many of this session's mentee applications are from writers asking to work alongside mentors of diverse backgrounds; people of color and LGBTQ writers are particularly encouraged to apply. All work is done via email and Skype, and the session runs from September 14 to December 14, 2015. Mentors receive a free one-year membership in AWP. You'll also receive close support from AWP and your fellow mentors along the way. Contact Diane Zinna for more information.
