Submit Your #AWP22 Offsite Events
 
If you’re planning an in-person literary event in Philadelphia or a virtual literary event over the days of the conference, submit it to the AWP Offsite Events Schedule to promote your event to other #AWP22 attendees! Please be sure to follow all offsite event guidelines and choose venues that are accessible to attendees with disabilities.
 
Apply for the #AWP22 Work-Exchange Program
 
In exchange for your participation in a web training and four hours of your time, you can receive a waived registration to attend #AWP22. This is a great opportunity to see the conference in a new light and serve your fellow AWP attendees. The deadline to apply for the work-exchange program is February 11, 2022. Make Your #AWP22 Hotel Reservation
 
Register for #AWP22 today and get access to the 2022 Hotel & Travel information! There is still plenty of availability at all conference hotels, all of which are within 0.2 miles of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Upload Your #AWP22 Event Outline
 
#AWP22 accepted event organizers and/or moderators! If you haven’t already, please take a moment to upload an outline of your accepted event on the Event Management page of your AWP account. #AWP22 event outlines are mandatory and must be uploaded by Friday, February 18. If you have any questions about uploading your event outline, please email events@awpwriter.org for assistance.
