Apply for the #AWP22 Saturday Community Bookfair
If your organization grosses less than $20,000 per fiscal year and is local to the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, area, we invite you to apply for a free exhibit space at the Saturday Community Bookfair! We are excited to be offering this one-day exhibit opportunity for small nonprofit organizations in the local host city area. The Saturday Community Bookfair will take place on Saturday, March 26, 2022. The deadline to apply for this opportunity is January 5, 2022. AWP will notify you about your application status by early January 2022.
Apply for the #AWP22 Work-Exchange Program
In exchange for your participation in a web training and four hours of your time, you can receive a waived registration to attend #AWP22. This is a great opportunity to see the conference in a new light and serve your fellow AWP attendees. The deadline to apply to participate in the work-exchange program is February 4, 2022. Be Our #AWP22 Yoga Instructor
Are you a licensed and insured yoga instructor planning on attending #AWP22 in person? AWP is looking for yoga instructors to lead our Yoga for Writers sessions during the 2022 AWP Conference & Bookfair from March 23–26, 2022. In exchange for these services, yoga instructors can receive a waived #AWP22 registration. If you’re interested in this opportunity, please email for more information.
Donate to the AWP Conference Scholarship
While the deadline to apply to the AWP Conference Scholarship has now passed, it’s not too late to donate to the AWP Conference Scholarship fund to help send a writer to #AWP22. The AWP Conference Scholarship launched in 2021 and provided all 90-plus applicants a free registration to #AWP21. AWP is grateful to the generosity of donors who make these scholarships possible. This year, 75 percent of conference scholarships will be awarded to local Philadelphia residents. You can make a donation during your check-out for #AWP22 registration or by visiting our Kindful page.
Purchase a #AWP22 Saturday-Only Exhibit Space
To create more exhibiting options for local Pennsylvania or Philadelphia organizations, we are excited to offer a $175 Saturday-only exhibit opportunity on Saturday, March 26. Spaces are limited.
