What's new for 2016?
I'm already looking ahead to 2016 at Stirling Fitness - it was great being able to visit the FitPro Live exhibition in London this year and to see what's coming up in the UK for fitness next year.
Slimming Club - this will run for a trial 6 weeks from Saturday 9/1/16 - 13/2/16.
You will need to be available for a 'measure-in', mentor and master fitness class at 10am EVERY Saturday for the 6 week block.
Commitment is King! You will NOT lose weight and get fit if you cannot commit.
There are only 10 places and we will be covering nutrition, self-love, fitness and personal presentation.

Fat Loss seems to be at the top of, particularly most female's fitness goals, and for this reason I am going to put on another High Intensity Training (HIIT) class at 8pm on Mondays in January/February.
This gives the option of a later time to attend, shelter from the winter nights, a great day of the week to get it over with (!) and the chance to do 2 fatburning classes per week!
I am expecting this to fill up pretty quickly (10 spaces) so book asap if you plan to attend. £6 per class.
Skipping - this has been known as tried and tested method of fat-loss and I will be introducing this into PT sessions immediately with a view to bringing into the HIIT classes after Xmas.
I will be hosting some educational sessions in the studio in the New Year with the help of some experts in massage therapy, posture and your psychological make-up, nutrition and reflexology.
