In preparation for the Christmas explosion we have been making some changes to our Collins Pre-Order
product to further make Xmas a dream for you, rather than a nightmare.
COLLINS PRE-ORDER IMPROVEMENTS:
Bulk Pre-Orders - Now within Collins, you can multiply one set menu/selection by a set number for your guests. This is great for your large groups to ensure they pre-order in the quantity you require them to. For example, a group of 30 ordering canapes, you can ensure they order in larger multiples rather than individual items. You can set the multiples as you wish Eg x5, or x10 or select the item to automatically be multiplied by the number of customers in the group. Look out for the settings 'cog' in the pre-order section of a booking. How to here.
Order On Behalf Of Someone Else - We have added the feature for your customers to be able to order on behalf of multiple people, as well as themselves. The customers names all pull through to the system, together with the items ordered, which then automatically pulls through to your
run sheet/ function sheet/ pre-order sheets/place cards.
NEW FREE FEATURE:
Downloadable Food Sheet - At the click of a button, download the new 'Food Sheet', within the "Pre-Order" section of the booking. Perfect for those large events/functions, the 'Food Sheet' instantly downloads into excel and provides you with all the basic pre-order information including; the customer name, their food choices (split out by course) & any dietary requirements. HALLOWEEN / NEW YEAR'S EVE TICKETS:
Don't forget as a Collins customer you also get free access to our ticketing product, Tonic. Heads up that on DesignMyNight our Halloween features are getting a lot of traffic already and we expect it to be at over 500'000 views in total - so there is a BIG audience looking for fun events to do at Halloween. Tickets are a great way to make your night instantly more "eventy". As ever, we expect NYE to be a monster this year; we are already getting over 15'000 views a week on our NYE features! Get your NYE tickets/events loaded up to the system as soon as possible, to steal a march on your competitors, with this early interest. Here is more info on Tonic
