Introducing the CEEDAR Center


The Collaboration for Effective Educator Development, Accountability, and Reform (CEEDAR) is a Technical Assistance and Dissemination Center funded by the Office of Special Education Programs. The CEEDAR Center‘s technical assistance is designed to help states, IHEs, and LEAs create coherent professional learning systems that provide “opportunities to learn for teachers and leaders” O(TL)2.
