Dear Friend,
Greetings from beautiful Los Angeles! The exciting theme of the 2017 CAICC Winter WorkshopNOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD – is becoming a reality! One of the most thrilling aspects of the SoldOut Movement's YEAR OF THE IMPOSSIBLE is the sending out at the 2017 Global Leadership Conference in Metro Manila of the Twelfth (and last) Crown Of Thorns Mission Team – Hong Kong, China! Also, Lord willing, new discipling churches will be planted this calendar year in Birmingham, England; Kona, Hawaii; Monterrey, Mexico; Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo; Kiev, Ukraine; Miami-Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; Cebu, Philippines; and Amsterdam, Netherlands! So prayerfully 10 churches will be planted in 2017 – the most ever for our young movement in a single year! Though not considered as an official planting, but just as important as a planting, is the sending out from the London Church of Anthony & Cassidy Olmos and the Paris Supplemental Mission Team in July! Pray for all of these mission efforts and for "God to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine" – the impossible in 2017! (Ephesians 3:20-21)

To open the City of Angels Church Winter Workshop,
we prayed in eight languages believing that
At the 2017 CAICC Winter Workshop, a new plan was unveiled to have discipling ministries in all 50 States of the USA simply entitled, OPERATION EAGLE! Presently, we have SoldOut Movement Disciples in 15 of the 50 USA States. (Of note, the New York City ICC has disciples in the states of New York and New Jersey; and Washington DC has disciples in Maryland and Virginia.) Therefore, if we multiply church plantings into new states by planting two new states in 2018, three new states in 2019, four in 2020, five in 2021, six in 2022, seven in 2023, and eight in 2024, God’s movement will be present in all 50 States by the end of 2024!

OPERATION EAGLE is the SoldOut Movement's
plan to establish Discipling Ministries in all
50 States of America by the end of 2024!

The Church Plantings of the SoldOut Movement are
presently in 15 States! (Green - planting, Purple -
remnant group, Red - to be planted)
The City of Angels Church will provide one new USA Planting each year from 2018 to 2024! Consequently, all of our other USA Congregations must raise up Mission Team Leader Couples as well as supplying members for the team. (Canada will develop a plan for their nation tentatively called OPERATION WOLVERINE.) In taking this approach, we are resolving to build up not only the number of God’s people in the States, but with this effort our weekly contribution will increase correspondingly, which ultimately is needed to fund world missions! The following are the proposed USA plantings (and the sending church) starting with this year!

2017:  Kona, Hawaii (sent from Hilo); Miami-Ft. Lauderdale, Florida (Orlando)
2018:  Albuquerque, New Mexico (LA); New Orleans, Louisiana (Dallas)
2019: Atlanta, Georgia (LA); Detroit, Michigan (Chicago); New Haven, Connecticut (NYC – This will not be a planting but a new region of the NYC Church to reach out to Yale University.)
2020: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (LA); Boise, Idaho (Seattle); Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Chicago); Nashua, New Hampshire (Boston – This will not be a planting but a new region of the Boston Church.)
2021: Columbus, Ohio (LA); Anchorage, Alaska (Portland, Eugene); St. Louis, Missouri (Chicago); Charlotte, North Carolina (Boston); Salt Lake City, Utah (San Francisco)
2022: Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota (LA); Wilmington, Delaware (DC); Indianapolis, Indiana (San Diego); Kansas City, Kansas (Denver); Louisville, Kentucky (Gainesville); Providence, Rhode Island (Boston)
2023: Des Moines, Iowa (LA); Jackson, Mississippi (Atlanta); Augusta, Maine (NYC); Lincoln, Nebraska (Houston); Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (Dallas); Nashville, Tennessee (San Francisco); Montgomery, Alabama (Miami-Ft. Lauderdale)
2024: Helena, Montana (LA); Little Rock, Arkansas (New Orleans); Bismarck, North Dakota (Portland); Sioux Falls, South Dakota (Denver); Montpelier, Vermont (Boston); Charleston, West Virginia (DC); Columbia, South Carolina (Miami-Ft. Lauderdale); Cheyenne, Wyoming (Eugene)

As we are all aware, the Spirit may very well change the timing of a targeted city and/or the sending church! Please join all the World Sector Leaders in committing to God this plan for success! (Proverbs 16:3)
Cory Blackwell – Lead Evangelist of Chicago: "In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy…" (Philippians 1:4) Greetings from the "Windy City" where the Spirit of God is mightily blowing all over Chicagoland! (John 3:8) The Chicago Supplemental Mission Team from LA arrived in mid-June. Since June, God has grown this amazing congregation from 119 to 171 disciples! We understand that this city of 10 million could not be won by staying in one location, so God put it on our hearts and gave us the faith to plant five new regions at the beginning of the year! The North is led by Miguel Mendez and Evelyn Arenas; the South is led by Eric & Jennifer Gayton; and the Downtown is led by Pat & Sparkle Boea. The Latin Region is led by Saul Duarte, and Jeraldine & I are blessed to lead the West.

Cory & Jee Blackwell lead the surging
Chicago Church and the Middle
East World Sector!
These five regions are already producing great fruit in 2017 as we have had 13 additions with no fall aways, and today at church, we had over 300 in attendance! In addition in January, the Chicago Disciples raised our contribution by $1,100 per week! Our Faith Goal is to double the church to 240 from when we arrived in June 2016 by this year’s end… Praise God that we are well on our way! To God be the glory!

In January, Cory appointed Theo & Leslie Dawson
to be a Shepherding Couple for the
South Region of Chicago!
Kyle Bartholomew – Lead Evangelist of Manila: Mabuhay! 2016 was a year of incredible forceful advancement for the Metro Manila Church as God blessed us with 169 additions – 138 baptisms, 28 restorations and 3 place memberships! With now 214 sold-out disciples and Mission Impossible as the theme of our Winter Workshop as well as for the whole of 2017, we are expecting God to do even more amazing things through His saints here in this great city!

The Manila Church - planted just 19 months
ago - has 214 disciples and a Sunday
attendance of 300!
Even though Joan & I were away in LA and Honolulu for their Winter Workshops, the Manila Church has seen God do the "impossible" as 12 souls have been added to His Kingdom in January! Excitingly, last week, Kip & Elena encouraged us as Elena preached for the sisters on Friday night and Kip preached at our Bring Your Neighbor Day Service!

The Manila Disciples thanked God for the McKeans'
safe arrival and prayed fervently for impossible
dreams to become a reality!

For our Bring Your Neighbor Day Service, two remnant disciples – Joselo Cimafranca and Jeff Trinidad – flew from Cebu (the second largest city in the Philippines) to Manila and after studying the Scriptures made the courageous decision to place membership in the SoldOut Movement! God has definitely been moving to prepare the planting of the Cebu International Christian Church in August immediately after the 2017 GLC, as these two brave men have gone home to initiate the Cebu Remnant Group!
Before Sunday Service, Maika (center) and
Scarlett were thrilled to have Elena sign
their newly purchased
copy of ELEVATE!

John & Anna Malnegro - the Cebu Mission Team
Leaders - introduced Joselo and Jeff as the
newly formed Cebu Remnant Group!

After church, the Malnegros, the Bartholomews and
the McKeans discussed plans to form the Cebu
Remnant Group with Joselo, Jeff and
AJ (second from the left)!

Our sister AJ Montefalcon Castillo works
directly for President Duterte in Manila,
and so she lives only part-time in
Cebu with her husband and son!
The Metro Manila Disciples are thrilled to host all of you for the GLC in just six months! Truly we love you with the love of the Lord!
Carlos Mejia – Lead Evangelist of Mexico City: "Saludos" from DF! The Latin American Missions Conference (LAMC) entitled THE KINGDOM is upon us and to start off the "year of the impossible," God through the Spirit will send off the Monterrey (Mexico) Mission Team at this historic event! Monterrey is home to the Tech de Monterrey, the #1 ranked private university in Mexico! Monterrey is also per capita the richest city in the nation! There is a remnant group waiting there already!

THE KINGDOM is the exciting theme for the
2017 LAMC that will be held this
coming weekend in Mexico
City on February 9-12!
Also at the LAMC, we will be appointing two Evangelists and two Women's Ministry Leaders as well as appointing three MERCY Directors! Finally we will be presenting the five new regions and region leaders for the Mexico City Church! These four events will check off four of the ten of our Impossible Prayer Goals for 2017… and it's only February! We cannot wait to see what God will do in the coming months as we pray and work to build our section of the wall in God's Kingdom... "for nothing is impossible with God!" (Luke 1:37)
RD Baker – Lead Evangelist of Dubai: I bring greetings from the Dubai Church! Since the recent visit in mid-January of Kip & Elena, our team has experienced the best period of growth since arriving here five months ago!

The Burj Khalifa - the tallest building in the
world - highlights Dubai's modern skyline!

The McKeans spent their first night with the dear
brothers and sisters of the Dubai Church!

By the incredible generosity of the Chicago Church and USA Missions, I was able to come on full-time in the ministry in January! As well, we received an amazing brother RJ Castro from LA into our tight-knit church family! Both of these moves have had an immediate positive impact on our evangelistic efforts. We now have seven men and four women actively studying the Bible!

April (right) and Genina - the Sisters of
Encouragement - warmly welcomed
RJ as he placed membership
in Dubai!

RJ made an immediate impact as he led signing
at the Friday Morning Worship Service!

Though the Dubai Church has only 15 disciples,
Kip preached to a crowd of 54 in attendance!

The McKeans had Eric & Deb as their guests for
the Dubai BYND! Deb is the younger sister of
John and Nimrod Malnegro!

On Saturday, RJ, the Bakers and the McKeans
scouted out the college campuses in Dubai!
RJ was so fired up to find Starbucks
on the campus!

Saturday evening, the Dubai Church gathered in
the Bakers' apartment to hear
a message from Kip!
At our Worship Service yesterday, we surpassed the 50+ attendance mark for the third time, and had our second baptism Steve Rosario – originally from India!

Joebert (left) and Noel rejoiced over the baptism
of their fellow Indian - Steve Rosario!

Also attending was Irene, a sister that I had the privilege of personally baptizing in Bahrain almost 18 years ago! There have been many tears in her restoration talks, and Lord willing, Irene will be added to our fellowship this week!

RD personally baptized Irene 18
years ago in Bahrain!

Also this week, we are excited to begin our first three Dubai Bible Talks to spread the good news throughout the city! Finally, we are fired up to have our First International Day Worship Service on February 17th with our awesome brother Raja Rajan coming from India to preach the Word! Thank you for your love and prayers! To God be all the glory!

The Dubai Brothers - John, Praveen, RJ and RD -
prayed over Dubai expecting God to move in
miraculous and impossible ways!
Matt Sullivan – Lead Evangelist of Orlando: "Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keeps the law, happy is he!" (Proverbs 29:18) Last Saturday, we were so fired up to have our first meeting of the potential Miami/Ft. Lauderdale Mission Team! 45 sold-out and zealous disciples gathered in Orlando with 10 more joining us on Skype from Miami and Gainesville! It was a sobering yet super exciting time, as we looked at Joshua 1! I preached that we are 1) Sent, 2) Commanded To Go, and 3) Able To Take The Land!

The Miami/Ft. Lauderdale Mission Team will bring
light into the eerie darkness that covers the
twin cities of Miami (first picture) and
Ft. Lauderdale (second picture)!
We began our plans to get 80 disciples to Miami by the end of June and each disciple is counting the cost! This will be "costly personally" as we need to streamline and downsize each disciple's life while making disciples locally, preparing the logistics of moving, and all the while raising money for missions and for the move! After surveying the needs, we have estimated that we need to raise $150,000 to take care of Miami and keep Orlando strong! Our Missions Prayer Goal for the movement is approximately $100,000 and added to the need of $150,000 for the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale Mission Team, the Orlando Church is committed to give and miraculously raise "an impossible" $250,000 this year!

Matt & Helen Sullivan - the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale
Mission Team Leaders - are expert builders
as they planted Santiago and Orlando!
Lastly, I asked the Mission Team to write down the names of people who they "know" in Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties (the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale Metro Area) and we have already come up with over 400 names, many of whom are waiting for the team to arrive! Please keep us in your prayers as we strive to have God's vision in this year of the impossible!

MJ Amaegbe – Women's Ministry Leader of Birmingham: "For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to Him." (2 Chronicles 16:9) Greetings from the Birmingham International Christian Church! It has been such a great privilege to serve here in Birmingham bringing the Gospel to a new vibrant UK city, and to see how God is really strengthening this small mission team to carry out His work!

Birmingham is 124 miles (200 km) driving
distance from London!
It was a joyous occasion to have our first baptism this month – Cherliot Aigbiremonlen! Cherliot initially travelled to LA to visit her sister Chrisbeth Aigbiremonlen who is a disciple in the West Region. Cherliot was so inspired by Chrisbeth's life and relationship with God that Cherliot decided to study the Bible with our beloved sister Megan Matthews! Half way through her studies, Cherliot returned back to England with a very zealous and humble heart to get right with God! Amazingly, she lives near Birmingham so God definitely determines the times and places (Acts 17:26-27) and in a few days the sisters were able to finish the studies and Cherliot made Jesus Lord and was baptized on January 26th!

Cherliot is Birmingham's first baptism!

Please continue to pray for the souls in Birmingham and for a plentiful harvest in the run-up to our Inaugural Service on February 19th!
Alfredo Anuch – Lead Evangelist of Santiago: Greetings from "the ends of the earth!" It's summer here in Chile and the temperature reaches 100°F (38°C) almost every day! The weather is hot but the church is hotter! In December, we started two geographic sectors here in Santiago – East and West! God blessed this step of faith, and in the first 30 days of 2017, God added 10 new souls – 9 baptisms and 1 restoration! Incredibly, 5 new souls were added in each geographic sector! One of them was Jose! He is Santi's brother, a Bolivian nurse, who was baptized in the middle of 2016! Santi was met by Martha, another Bolivian nurse, who in January saw her brother Juan also get baptized!

Jose (middle) is baptized through the efforts of the
East Sector of Santiago!

Joan is baptized in the West Sector!
An unprecedented event for our church will occur in less than two weeks! 57 Santiago Disciples will be traveling all the way from Santiago to São Paulo to attend the Second Brazil Missions Conference! Amazingly, half of these disciples are from the Campus Ministry! Pray for us as Lord willing this year God will empower us to break the barrier of the 200 disciples here in Santiago and to prepare our first missionary team to go to Quito, Ecuador in February 2018!
Mark Garrido – Overseeing Evangelist of Hawaii: Aloha from the Hawaiian Island Churches in Honolulu, Hilo and Kona! Upon our return from the City of Angels Church Winter Workshop in LA, on the following weekend we held the First All Hawaiian Winter Workshop with Kyle & Joan Bartholomew of Manila as our guest speakers! On the opening night of the Winter Workshop, all the leaders met together for a prayer for unity at Kyle's favorite prayer spot in Honolulu lovingly referred to as the "Fire Escape!" Then, Kyle Bartholomew inspired the Bible Talk Leaders with a lesson on Impossible Multiplication!

Kyle & Joan Bartholomew welcomed the Bible
Talk Leaders to the First All Hawaiian
Winter Workshop!

The next day, we split into Men's and Women's Programs! Dennis Sloan, the new Hilo Evangelist, and Joan Bartholomew preached about Impossible Faith respectively. We closed the night with an All Hawaii Talent Show complete with hula, rapping, ukulele and even a Kingdom Approved dance compilation by Jazzy Okuno!

The All Hawaii Talent Show would be incomplete
without a Ukulele Duet!
On Sunday, I was honored to preach the message – Nothing Is Impossible With God! The historic weekend gloriously closed with the Spirit sending out our first mission team to Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii!

Joe Santos - one of the Honolulu Shepherds -
passionately prayed over the
Kona Mission Team!

The Kona Mission Team is led by Dave & Beth Kelly!
Luke Speckman – Lead Evangelist of New York City: Greetings from the city (and the church) that never sleeps! We had our Pledge Drive in December and began our new pledges in January jumping from $9,200/week to $12,400/week! This is an incredible $78/week per member average and has allowed us to add four very needed new staff members as we split into regions!

Luke & Brandyn Speckman have inspired
the New York City Church to
unprecedented heights!
We currently have three fully functioning regions: Queens led by the Shelbracks; Bronx led by the Montanos; and Manhattan/Brooklyn which is our region, but it is being run by the Viscichinis who are acting as Region Leaders-In-Training. Lord willing, we will send out the Viscichinis to lead Brooklyn in May, and then Jonathan & Kiana Davis will assume the same training role that the Viscichinis are currently in under our direction in Manhattan. We also have a good working plan to get the New Jersey Region planted this summer as well under full-time leadership, which will give us five regions!

Jay & Barb Shelbrack are building an incredible
ministry in the Queens Region!
In our region, we have made Columbia University (an Ivy League School and the #5 ranked college in the USA) our home for Sunday Services, Leaders Meetings, Midweeks and Campus Devotionals! I am working to get Staff Meetings there as well so that I can spend Tuesdays on campus, in addition to Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays! Excitingly, we were approved at Columbia as a club to have a large, theater-style lecture room with a capacity of 177 for our Sunday Services for the semester in a very new and modern building (NOCO) on campus with access directly to Broadway! Queens is now meeting at the beautiful Hilton JFK, and Bronx meets at the newly-renovated Bronx Museum with a capacity of 300!

The Manhattan/Brooklyn Region meets at the NOCO
Building on the prestigious Columbia University
Campus in Manhattan!

Aaron Viscichini preaches in the NOCO Building!
Our last Congregational Service was January 1st, so we are eagerly anticipating our next Congregational Service on February 12th! For our monthly Congregational Services, we now meet at the largest, most central, most magnificent hotel in all of New York City – the Marriott Marquis Times Square! As one stands outside the Ballroom on the ninth floor (where we meet) and looks out the 180 degree view from the curved windows over all of Times Square, then looks down 7th Avenue and Broadway in both directions, and then one turns around and looks up at the 40-story atrium surrounding the lobby... one literally feels like one is at the center of the world!

The home of the NYC Church - the magnificent
Marriott Marquis in Times Square!
Please pray that we will be able to build up a spectacular church in order to evangelize this amazing city!
Kévin Lackenn-Toto – Interim Leader of the Paris Church: "Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds." (John 12:24) As the whole church was impacted by the powerful sold-out life of our beloved sister Prisca Scheidecker, God used that situation to increase the faith of each one of us!

Being the closest of friends, Philippe & Prisca
Scheidecker (right) and Kevin & Sandra
Lackenn-Toto, allowed Kevin & Sandra
to step up to lead the Paris Church
upon Prisca going to glory!

The year 2017 started strong with the restoration of our brother Yannick who was baptized in 2014! The Paris Church has set a Prayer Goal to go from 13 disciples to 26 before the end of July 2017 when Lord willing Anthony & Cassidy Olmos – our future Paris Church Leaders – will come with the Supplemental Mission Team from the Mighty London Church! Please pray for the multiplication of disciples in Paris!

Anthony & Cassidy Olmos - the vibrant Paris
Supplemental Mission Team Leaders - were
on the original Paris Mission Team in 2012!
Andrew Smellie – Lead Evangelist of Lagos: "They will rebuild the ancient ruins and restore the places long devastated; they will renew the ruined cities that have been devastated for generations. Aliens will shepherd your flocks; foreigners will work your fields and vineyards. And you will be called priests of the Lord, you will be named ministers of our God." (Isaiah 61:4-6a) Greetings from Maryland, USA! Since our incredible Winter Workshop in Los Angeles at the beginning of last month, Patrique & I have been graciously hosted by our physical family in the USA, as we await the arrival of our long-term STR Visas for Nigeria! After fulfilling all the requirements for the incorporation of the Lagos ICC last year, the Nigerian government has granted us quota positions that enable us to work with the Lagos Church for up to three years without hindrance! Please pray for us to receive our long-term visas from the Nigerian Embassy in DC by next week! During this time, the Lord has encouraged our spirits by giving us the privilege to share our experiences and inspire the saints in Los Angeles, New York City and Washington DC!

Andrew Smellie - the Africa World Sector Leader -
preached at the 2017 LA Winter Workshop!
We are pleased to announce that our Third African Missions Conference will be held in Lagos from April 21-23, 2017 and is entitled, RESTORING AUTHENTIC CHRISTIANITY! The conference will be held at the beautiful Virginrose Resort Hotel on Victoria Island and will host African leaders visiting from South Africa, Ivory Coast, Ethiopia, Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo! Registration for visiting disciples will be $100, and our Eventbrite website will be up by the end of next week for more details. We urge you to come and see how the Spirit of God is moving in the Motherland!

Patrique Smellie and Elena would like to invite you
to come to the Third AMC in Lagos entitled
on April 21-23, 2017!
Special thanks are due to Ighodaro Odighizuwa and Ariel Hazelton for leading the Lagos Church in our absence! God has blessed their efforts as two singles have already been baptized in January - Yetunde and Bernard! Please pray for God to strengthen our efforts to advance the Gospel throughout Nigeria and beyond! Authentic Christianity is being restored in the Land of Pharisees!

Goodhope (left) rejoiced with Bernard
after his baptism!
Raul Moreno – Lead Evangelist of São Paulo: Greetings from Brazil! The saints in São Paulo are fired up to host our Second Brazil Missions Conference (BMC) entitled REDEMPTION from February 17th to 19th! We will celebrate with over 50 valiant disciples who are coming down to São Paulo from our dear sister church in Santiago, Chile!

Over 50 Santiago de Chile Disciples will travel
2,000 miles (3,200 km) to participate
in the BMC in
 São  Paulo!
Amazingly, three awesome Brazilian Disciples will be appointed as Evangelists and Women's Ministry Leader at this grand event: Danilo & Carol Bataglin, who were just recently married in December and lead our West Region, and Caio Lopes, who leads our House Church in Rio! All three were converted in our Campus Ministry at USP!

Caio Lopes (right) and the newly married Danilo &
Carol Bataglin will be appointed Evangelists and
Women's Ministry Leader respectively
at the 2017 BMC!
God willing, perhaps the greatest highlight of the Brazil Missions Conference will be the sending out of our first ever planting to the impressive yet severely lost city of Rio De Janeiro! The Mission Team is now 16 disciples to the glory of God! Please pray for us as we are praying for you!
Elena Sirotkina – Women's Ministry Leader of Moscow: Oleg & I are very grateful for the spiritual jolt of faith that we receive each year at the LA Winter Workshop! The theme of NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD convicted us even before it started! Also, we are very grateful for the incredible privilege here in Moscow to have Kip come to our Winter Workshop!

In the midst of a snow storm, Kip is given a warm
welcome by the Moscow Disciples!

His example of faith and tremendous teachings from the Bible inspired us to be united in prayer, fasting for the unsaved, and with a renewed passion to preach the Word!

The singing at the Friday Night Winter
Workshop was angelic!

Oleg translated for Kip as he preached on the
Friday night of the Moscow
Winter Workshop!

Jenia and Kip worked together to plan the
Eurasian Missions Conference to be
held in Moscow on May 5-7, 2017!
The year began very special for our family, because our daughter Sofia – who a few months ago began to co-lead the Teen Ministry – was asked by the talented Teen Leader Alexis to become his girlfriend! The following week, another teen was baptized – Eugene! We now have nine baptized teens!

Alexis & Sofia - the Moscow Teen Leaders -
started dating in January!

Eugene (center) is a dynamic addition to
the Moscow Teens!
Yesterday, we witnessed the miraculous baptism of Anna, the wife of Sergey Anokhin! Sergey was full-time in our former movement and he as well as his twin brother were known as very talented preachers! Sergey returned to the church a few months ago, and all the while praying for his wife Anna to become a disciple. She came to church out of respect for him two months ago and her first reaction was, "What am I doing here?" Sergey shared that a big impact on his faith and the decision not to give up on Anna came from Kip in a personal meeting. Several of the older sisters and I studied with Anna and we are now close friends! It was such a joy to see Sergey & Anna's tears at her baptism because of God unifying them in Christ!

Sergey believed that "nothing is impossible
with God"
as he baptized his lovely
wife Anna on Saturday night!

Sergey proudly introduced his beautiful wife Anna
and their precious daughter Serafima to the
church on Sunday!
Today, February 5th, we celebrated the two year birthday of the Moscow Church! The most wonderful gifts to us from our Lord were four baptisms and our brother Narek being restored! Continue to pray for our boldness!

Oleg commended the Moscow Church on their
Second Anniversary Sunday!

Happy Second Birthday to the Moscow Church!
Raja Rajan – Lead Evangelist of Chennai: Greetings from the Land of the Tamils! Recently, Chennai has faced one major calamity after another! First of all, the country went through devastating inflation, which affected many people! Soon afterward, our Chief Minister passed away and the whole city shut down! Following that, we had a cyclone (hurricane) that swept through the city leaving major damage – no power, no telephone connections, road blocks, etc.! Then the students went on strike against cultural indifference that caused major chaos on the roads! Yet as 2 Thessalonians 3:3 says, "But the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen and protect you from the evil one." During all these calamities, God has blessed us with 9 additions – 6 baptisms, 2 restorations and 1 place membership! We are also grateful to God, as our younger daughter Isheeta was baptized!

After his baptism, Rahul - a recent college
graduate - was filled with Kingdom
dreams for his future!

Raja - with the help of Yassa Green - baptized
Debs' and his youngest daughter Isheeta!
The Lord has also blessed our first planting from Chennai – the Bangalore ICC! Since their Inaugural Service on December 4th, with only seven on the Mission Team, God has given them six baptisms! To God be the glory!
Joe Willis – Lead Evangelist of Sydney: Greetings from Australia! Last Sunday the Sydney Church celebrated our Chinese New Year Service! We had the privilege of getting a taste of what is to come this year in the planting of the final Crown of Thorns Church in Hong Kong! Every part of the Chinese New Year Service was run by Chinese Disciples with Dean Lam and Chi Leong preaching back to back! We had a full room that was filled with the future hope for China!

The Sydney Disciples celebrated the Chinese New
Year Service in costume!

Leo Wu zealously taught about the contribution!

Dean Lam delivered the first half of the sermon...

And Chi Leong - the Hong Kong Mission Team
Leader - closed the sermon!
Today, we celebrated the Third Anniversary of our Inaugural Service with seeing Mark (aka "2pack") getting baptized! From one month ago with no belief in God, Mark joined us 10 days ago for our All Night Prayer along the cliffs of Sydney. He said that it was during this time of prayer connecting with God that he knew there was truly a God and it was his destiny to become a Christian!

Teigan attended the Inaugural Service and was
Sydney's first baptism; Dom (right) was
baptized at the Second Anniversary
Service; and Mark (aka "2pack")
was baptized on Sunday at the
Third Anniversary Service!
Please pray for Chi and myself as Lord willing, we will go to Hong Kong in April to find venues and housing for the Hong Kong Mission Team! And to God be the glory!

San Diego: On Saturday, February 4th, Jermaine & Stefanie Peacock – the San Diego Church Leaders – celebrated their 23rd Wedding Anniversary! San Diego is experiencing a wave of grace sweeping over the brothers and sisters that is spilling over into the harvest field! The San Diego Church witnessed the beautiful wedding of Fabian & Edimar Velasco, as well as seeing weekly baptisms for the year!

Congratulations to Fabian & Edimar Velasco!
London: On Friday, January 27th, Paul Fuller, a British Military Sergeant originally from Cambridge, and Caroline Hales of Birmingham were married! Paul & Caroline joined the London Church as a dating couple from our former fellowship in September of last year. Since then, they have been such a joy to the church and become true family to so many! Paul & Caroline have a dream to become Bible Talk Leaders and a Shepherding Couple!

Congratulations to Paul & Caroline of London!
New York City: On January 27th, the NYC Church celebrated the first of five weddings already scheduled for 2017 – the wedding of Jonathan Davis & Kiana Lindsey! They both went on staff full-time as of January 1st, leading the Campus Ministry! We are so proud of their purity and righteousness in their dating relationship and can’t wait to see how God will use them in the future!

Congratulations to Jonathan & Kiana Davis!
Los Angeles – AMS Region: The wedding of Juan Carlos & Karina Rodriguez on December 11th was in a word – miraculous! So beautiful, so inspiring and so spiritual!

Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Rodriguez!
Gainesville: "But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep. For this we declare to you by a word from the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep." (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18) On January 7, 2017, our dear brother Dennis Bell passed on to glory! He is survived by his loving wife Kathi, who is holding strong and staying faithful to the Lord! The Bells joined the Gainesville ICC seeking revival out of our former fellowship a few years ago. Dennis always shared that "the air is rare in here" from their first service referring to the fire in the fellowship that he felt! After their first service with us, the Bells immediately studied the Scriptures and joined the SoldOut Movement!

Dennis & Kathi Bell became the "parents"
for the entire Gainesville Church!
Dennis & Kathi were training to be a Shepherding Couple for the Gainesville Church, and in so many ways fulfilled that role as they became parents for the entire congregation! Dennis was affectionately known as "Papa Bell!" Dennis' Memorial Service on January 15th was unforgettable. After closing out our Winter Workshop, the entire Gainesville Church went to the Memorial Service to support the Bell family. The memorial was held at the Campus Church of Christ where the Crossroads Movement began and where our dear brother Kip McKean was baptized into Christ! Men and women came from all around the United States and from three different fellowships. These fellowships included the ICOC, the Mainline Church of Christ, and of course the Gainesville International Christian Church which had the honor of putting on the Memorial Service and receptionIt gave our hearts great joy to see all of us singing together in unity (as Sherwin Mackintosh led us in song), to celebrate the life of our dear brother!

Though Dennis had serious health issues,
Dennis & Kathi dreamed and prayed to
come to the 2016 GLC! God
answered their prayers!
Dennis' impact is evident in so many lives, specifically in the life of our new brother – Dr. Shengyang Luan! A Chinese native with his PhD in Electrical Engineering, Luan saw Dennis' life, death and wanted to be with him in his resurrection! Almost every day that next week, Luan studied the Bible and was baptized the following Sunday! He has definitely imitated Dennis' warm fatherly spirit! And to God be the glory!

Through the influence of Dennis' life and death,
Dr. Shengyang Luan became
a sold-out disciple!
Paris: "Then I heard a voice from Heaven say, 'Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.' 'Yes,' says the Spirit, 'they will rest from their labor, for their deeds will follow them.'" (Revelation 14:13) Our dear sister Prisca Scheidecker went on to glory on Thursday, December 22nd. Through the years, Prisca touched the lives of so many disciples around the world by her warm and engaging spirit. So much so that at the City of Angels Church Winter Workshop, a touching Tribute was given in her honor by the McKeans and her husband Philippe.

Elena held up Prisca as an incredible example
for all the sisters to imitate!
Philippe & Prisca were restored to the Lord and joined the new movement in 2012! They led the Paris Remnant Group and then gladly welcomed the Kernans and the rest of the Paris Mission Team! However, just three months after its planting when the Kernans were unable to renew their visas, Philippe & Prisca began gallantly leading the Paris Church four years ago!

Philippe & Prisca Scheidecker on the Sunday they
officially were asked by Kip to lead
the Paris Church in late 2012!

At the Tribute in LA, Philippe shared that Prisca's passion for the Lord and His Church were expressed until her passing as she led Women’s Midweek just two days before she went to glory! The following moving video was made by Evan Bartholomew and shown at the Tribute in LA. Highlighting this video is Philippe & Prisca baptizing their daughter Rebecca in LA just two years ago! (

Tim Kernan – Lead Evangelist of the City of Angels Church: Greetings from "Soaking Wet" California! It's been raining cats and dogs here but we are loving it as we have been in a four-year-long drought! My local park that had yellow grass from the drought is now lush and green as the hills of Ireland! We are so grateful for all the amazing brothers and sisters who came from literally all around the world to attend our 2017 Winter Workshop! It was incredible to see the appointments of the Hamulas, Inkleys, Fetelikas and soon-to-be Cohens!

Kirk & Margie were appointed Evangelist and
Women's Ministry Leader as they are
powerfully leading the
Las Vegas ICC!

Shauna was appointed a Women's Ministry Leader
by Patricia Feumba as she and her husband
Preston are the dynamic Region Leaders
for the Antelope Valley Region of LA!

Blaise Feumba lovingly appointed his son in the
faith Preston to be an Evangelist in the
Kingdom of God!

Nathalie's dreams came true as she was appointed
Women's Ministry Leader since she graciously
leads the women in the AMS Region!

Mason is the very first "Islander" appointed to be an
Evangelist in the SoldOut Movement as well
as in our former movement!

Coleen Challinor joyfully appointed Lizbeth
a Women's Ministry Leader!

Ricky Challinor has walked with Caleb
faithfully in Portland and now as
Caleb serves as the Evangelist
for the South Region of LA!

Immediately following Caleb's appointment, he got
down on his knee and asked Lizbeth to
marry him... of course she said yes!
Also, everyone was so moved by the stirring Tribute to our awesome sister Prisca Scheidecker by Kip & Elena as well as her incredible husband Philippe all the way from Paris! Without words we saw in her life the commitment that Jesus wants from each of us.

Philippe in tears expressed his joy that Prisca
made it "home!"

The weekend was closed out right with the wedding of Everardo & Jen Esparza!

"I now pronounce you husband and wife..."

Everardo's & Jen's first kiss!

Mr. & Mrs. Esparza after their first kiss!
In every way 2017 has kicked off here in LA! We just completed an incredible Pledge Drive and raised our contribution by $5,000/week from $32,000 to $37,000! Last Sunday, we had an incredible Bring Your Neighbor Day with almost 1,400 in attendance! This Sunday, our Super Bowl House Church Sunday, is round two of Bring Your Neighbor Day and will set us up for an incredible Harvest Sunday this February 19th! Please pray that we have more fruit than we have ever had! This month we are also going to joyfully deliver 25% of our "Shared Service II" Spring Missions! Please pray for us as we pray for you! Jesus is Lord!

2017 Global Leadership Conference

Dearest Brothers and Sisters: It was a tremendous joy during Elena's & my first Missionary Journey of 2017 to visit and encourage the disciples in Moscow, Dubai, Manila and Honolulu! In our time in Metro Manila, we finalized so many aspects of the 2017 Global Leadership Conference (GLC)! This is the first time that the GLC will be celebrated outside the United States signifying that the SoldOut Movement is truly a worldwide family! The location for this historic event will be the Makati Shangri La Hotel in the heart of Metro Manila – a city whose urbanized area is listed by Demographia 2015 as having a population of 24,123,000, thus becoming the fourth most populous urban area in the world!
Since we are centering all the lessons on the Book of Revelation, the inspirational theme for the 2017 GLC is VICTORIOUS! The dates are August 3-6, 2017!

VICTORIOUS is the inspirational theme for the
2017 Global Leadership Conference!
During this epic occasion, Saturday, August 5th will be devoted for every MERCY Ambassador to serve in some of the poorest communities of Metro Manila! On Sunday Lord willing, highlights will include the Fifth Commencement of the International College of Christian Ministries and the Spirit sending out three Mission Teams: Miami/Ft. Lauderdale (Florida), Cebu (Philippines), and Hong Kong (China) – the Twelfth (and last) Crown of Thorns City!

The vision for the Hong Kong Mission Team is to
not only evangelize the 8 million people of
Hong Kong, but to evangelize the
1.3 billion lost souls in China!
Our Prayer Goals are for 250 Filipino Disciples and 550 International Disciples to participate in the 2017 GLC as this will allow us to financially break-even! The cost for registration will be $225 for those outside the Philippines and $40 for Filipino Disciples. To register go to You may keep up-to-date on Facebook at!

The Makati Shangri-La Hotel is very spacious for
fellowship and is conveniently located in the
heart of Downtown Makati!
We are encouraging every Church Leader Couple, every Shepherding Couple and every LA Region Leader Couple to stay at the Shangri La Hotel as we have agreed in our contract to have at least 400 room nights. The cost of a room (which includes an incredible breakfast) is $158/night. There are many considerably less expensive hotels in the area that others may select online. If you choose to do so, strive to find an option that is in or close to Makati as the traffic in Metro Manila is considered by many to be the worst in the world! To register at the Makati Shangri La Hotel go to (If you have any problems with your reservations, please contact Susan Bond at Once in the Philippines, food is relatively inexpensive. However, plane tickets will surely increase in price as the event draws near, so consider buying your plane ticket ASAP!
Coming to Manila for the GLC will change your
heart, your perspective, and just
maybe, your destiny!

As you pray to be able to come to the 2017 GLC, consider the theme Scripture of Revelation 15:2-4, "Those who had been VICTORIOUS over the beast… held harps given them by God and sang the song of Moses the servant of God and the song of the Lamb: 'Great and marvelous are your deeds, Lord God Almighty… All nations will come and worship before you!'" Indeed, the Global Leadership Conference will be a glorious preview of a far more glorious Heaven that awaits Prisca, Dennis and all of us who will persevere until the end when God will call us VICTORIOUS!
We are family… to do the impossible,
