THE GEEK BEAT JULY 2021

It's Holiday Shopping Season! Wait ... What?!

We don’t mean to rain on your parade (or snow on your summer, as the case may be).

But the truth of the matter is: Holiday shopping season has already begun.

And even though those boxes of decorations in the attic haven’t developed a layer of dust yet, the data doesn’t lie.

According to Statista: So, what’s a biz to do?
  1. Call the Geeks. (That’s us!)
  2. Chat with us about your sales goals for the holiday season.
  3. We'll make sure your website is 100% ready for it.
We're in a holiday state of mind. 🎄

Welcome, Todd and Graden!

The Geeks recently added not one, but TWO project managers to our team, and we’re so stoked they’re here!

After serving as a marketing manager for two educational nonprofits, Todd started his own photography biz, which he continues with today.

If you’re looking for Todd this summer, you’ll probably find him at Red Rocks taking in some live music or watching a Wes Anderson movie with scotch in hand.

Graden with a puppy sitting on his shouldersGraden Sikes has oodles of experience with UX and web design, so you could say he’s hit the Geek ground running.

He’s a seasoned video editor, online gamer, puppy spoiler, and deep-dish pizza maker. (Check out his latest masterpiece below!)

Graden also wins the biggest geek award (small "g") because he's seen all 23 Marvel Cinematic Universe movies on their opening weekends. 🦸🏻‍♂️

Project Highlight

Homepage for Chasefield Capital site
Chasefield Capital - Denver-based company Chasefield Capital provides asset management services for investors and families, focusing on portfolio management and computational finance.

Priding themselves on engaging with clients on a personal level, Chasefield Capital decided it was high time for a website redesign so that their site could serve their clientele even better.

Chasefield Capital service offerings from their website

Chasefield Capital wanted their new site to have a modern and professional feel, so the Geeks created a custom design that suits them to a T.

We also built their new site on the WordPress CMS using a custom theme. This allows their team to easily add the content their clients are looking for, including blog posts, podcasts and videos.

Where In The World Are The Geeks?

Ron and Cathy recently took in the black, sandy beaches of the Big Island of Hawai’i. (Totally not jealous. Not one bit.)

Graden outdid himself in the kitchen with this chicken bruschetta on Detroit-style crust pizza. Dibs on the leftovers!
