Share is In and will be ready for curbside service at Noon.

This is the second to last week of the Spring Share! For Half Share Members picking up today, this is your last week for the season!

The Summer Share starts June 3, and sign ups are available online and in the store! Sign ups are limited, so if you're interested in joining, please sign up before it starts. Thank you for your support!

COVID-19 Operations - Weekend Opening

 

We are now OPENING TO IN PERSON every day except Thursday! We will continue to operate curbside only on Thursdays into the future.


Reminders for Thursdays:

 

  • Access to the market will be closed for in -person shopping. 

  • Place your orders for curbside pick up by following the instructions  here. Please wait to pick up your order until after we've called you to confirm  the order and collect payment.

 Recipe:

Lemony Curly Kale Salad

 

 

Joe's Healthy Meals

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch curly kale , torn into bite size pieces

  • 1 large shallot , finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Aleppo pepper

  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 oz . coarse grated cheese , queso, feta, Parmesan, ricotta salata or other white cheese

 

 

Instructions

 

  • Blanch the kale in a large pot of boiling water for 1 1/2 minutes.

  • Place the kale in an ice water bath the stop the cooking

  • Dry the kale in a salad spinner or by patting with paper towels until most of the water is absorbed

  • Mix the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, then add to the kale in a large bowl

  • Fold in the coarse grated cheese

  • Adjust the salt and pepper seasoning if desired

  • Serve cold
