Run Day Returns

On Saturday, September 10, Run Day will take place in the playing fields at Jackson Elementary School (JES), which offers more space to spread out than Old Bill’s traditional venue at Town Square. Coincidentally, JES was the site of the inaugural Old Bill’s Fun Run 26 years ago. Free runner registration and additional Run Day details, including event and route maps, will be available by the start of the Old Bill’s Giving Season (August 12) on

Booth Information

You have requested a booth on Run Day. Due to the new location, I will be assigning booth locations. If you do not plan on hosting a booth or plan on sharing a booth with another participating nonprofit, please respond to this email and let me know ASAP. You must attend the booth meeting on August 17 at Jackson Elementary School fields to host a booth.

Our new location brings new SPACE! Every booth will still be allotted the 10x10 popup tent spot, but in front of your tent - there is room for activities! Please start to think about how your booth can be fun, interactive, and engage the community with your nonprofits mission. If you would like to setup a larger activity, please let me know by this Friday, August 5th, so I can ensure your booth location allows for ample room.

Meditation moments, photo booth with your organizations logo as backdrop, face paint, baby pool with a 2x6 across for children to "walk the plank", mini roller hockey rink, dunking booth, petting zoo, talent show, trivia, art projects, collaborative art project, mini dance floor for dance breaks, mini bowling, silent disco, balance beam, cornhole, or anything else fun you can think of!

Wednesday, August 17 from 1:00-2:00pm
Nonprofits that plan to host a booth on Run Day must send a representative to this meeting. Meet at Jackson Elementary School field on the corner of Willow St and Gill St. to learn where your booth will be located!

Friday, August 12 from 9:30-11:00am
Invite your Board, volunteers, and donors to join us at Russ Garaman Park to launch into the Old Bill's 2022 Giving Season! Watch 200+ Rubber Duckies race down Flat Creek - it's fun for the whole family. Donations accepted at
