Your Old Bill's Weekly Edition: Final Week of Giving

Dear Foundation Friends,

It’s been all the good parts of a carnival, watching the videos and social media posts stream by – each one a bright light showcasing a local nonprofit. I have enjoyed every piece of heart and soul that has glimmered across my screen during Old Bill’s giving season. Also, the yard signs and costumes, ice cream, and photos of runners and walkers representing their nonprofit friends, well, it’s all about hope.

Now I’m hoping you will sit in front of your screens, or drop by the office, to make gifts to the causes that have your hearts. Every single nonprofit on the Old Bill’s list is worthy. Every one. And they need your support.

Your gifts through Old Bill’s Fun Run will provide for our nonprofit partners during a year when nothing has been simple. These organizations give their all for our community and it’s time for us to give our all to them.

You can make a gift to our local nonprofit organizations until this Friday, September 18 at 5pm. If you’re reading this post, you can give right now!

WATCH the Old Bill's Rubber Ducky Regatta: The Community Foundation recently sent 200+ rubber ducks representing the Old Bill’s nonprofits racing down Flat Creek in the first-ever Old Bill’s Rubber Ducky Regatta. The luckiest ducks won grants for their nonprofits. If your organization won a prize, no need to contact the Foundation — your award will be included in your Old Bill’s check in October.
