Hope you all have been enjoying the snow and sunshine. Old Bill’s is going to be here before we know it, please make note of the following important dates (visit for updates):


Monday, May 2, 9:00am | Old Bill’s Application OPENS, available for nonprofits at

Monday, May 2, 1:00-2:00pm | Mandatory Orientation on Zoom for NEW nonprofits participating for the first time or after a hiatus

Wednesday, May 11, 1:00-2:00pm | Optional Application Workshop at the Community Foundation

Friday, May 20, 5:00pm | FINAL APPLICATION DEADLINE: Old Bill’s applications due. *NEW in 2022* NO LATE APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED! Applications must be submitted by May 20th to participate in Old Bill’s. Returning organizations must submit 2021 Grant Reports with applications. Notification of approval will be emailed by July 1.


Friday, August 12, 9:30-11:00am | Launch Party & Start of Giving Season: Rubber Ducky Regatta at Russ Garaman Park. Donations accepted at and the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole.

Wednesday, August 17, 1:00-2:00pm | Mandatory Booth Meeting for nonprofits that wish to host an informational booth on Run Day


Friday, September 9, 5:00pm | Timed Race Registration Deadline

Saturday, September 10, 10:00am | OLD BILL’S FUN RUN at Jackson Elementary School Field

Friday, September 16, 5:00pm | End of Giving Season: Deadline to donate through Old Bill’s


Wednesday, October 26, 4:00pm | Awards Celebration at Center for the Arts
