Gift Entry Complete for Old Bill's 2022

Gift entry is complete!

We have finished entering gifts for Old Bill’s 2022. Matching grants are based upon the donations currently in Donor View, so it is extremely important that you review your contribution detail at this time. If you have any questions regarding details in Donor View, contact our Donor Services team: donorservices@cfjacksonhole.org or 307-739-1026. Please review posted gift entries for any you believe are missing or incorrect and contact Donor Services no later than next Wednesday, October 19.

Donor View

Donor View is the way to review your contribution details and access Old Bill’s gift information, including donor designations, contact information, and expressed preference not to receive thank you notes. To view and download complete donor information, please follow the instructions below.

Visit www.oldbills.org > LOGINS > Donor View
Enter your Donor View User ID (an acronym emailed to you on August 15, NOT an email address) & associated password
You will be taken to your “Donor Dashboard,” an overview of your account
On the left-hand side of the page, click on the link labeled “Contribution Activity"

Tip: Always set the date range to reflect the "Last 90 Days" to cover all gifts made within the Old Bill’s 2022 Giving Season.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the link labeled “Contribution Activity Excel Export.” This download provides all the donor info you will need. (Do not use the other download options.)
If a donor has requested anonymity while making a gift, only the Status, Date, Transaction ID and Amount will be listed. The party will read “Anonymous” and all other identifying information will be withheld.

As your nonprofit’s designated Old Bill’s contact, you are responsible for sharing Donor View login credentials and the above instructions with your organization.

Old Bill's Awards Party & Check Pick Up

When: Wednesday, October 26 from 4:30-6:30pm (remarks at 5:30pm)
Where: Center for the Arts Lobby & Theater at 265 S Cache Street
Who's invited: Nonprofit staff and board members, Old Bill’s CoChallengers, and donors. No need to RSVP - just show up!
What? Participating nonprofits will receive their Old Bill’s grant checks, and the Community Foundation will announce the total amount of money raised through this year’s event.
Check Pick Up: Organizations may authorize anyone to pick up their Old Bill’s grant check at the Awards Party. Formal affiliation with the participating nonprofit is not required. Checks will not be mailed.
