Investment Treaty Forum
News 2020

Dear members,

I am writing to give you an update about the activities of the Investment Treaty Forum.

Despite the global pandemic, we conducted more events than in usual years, attracting a greater number of people from various jurisdictions (see links to recordings from those events below).

Earlier this year we launched a joint study with Baker McKenzie on Corporate Restructuring and Investment Treaty Protections. We are currently working with several ITF members on new studies. If you are interested in conducting a study with ITF, please get in touch.

Our online course International Investment Law and Dispute Resolution proved to be popular with ITF members wishing to give additional training to junior members of their teams. Group discounts are available for ITF members.

You might also be interested in the 4th edition of my book on ICSID (which will also be available on Kluwer Arbitration) as well as my recently published paper Three Dimensions of Inequality in International Investment Law.
