A: Yes. There are no local restrictions against trick-or-treating, though we encourage everyone to be safe and follow state orders related to face coverings. If your outdoor event will have more than 10 people, you will need to request approval by filling out this form. Read the CDC's recommendations for a safe Halloween here.
