10am-11am,  11am-12noon,  2pm-3pm,  3pm-4pm.

Four people per time slot.

Please bring your bike along for practical experience.

Bring your dirty bike along & Terry from Muc-Off will be at Trisports all day to clean and demonstrate how to look after your bicycle.
