As of January 2021,The Cochrane Librarycontains 79 reviews and 41 protocols under Cochrane Hypertension and 22 additional titles have been registered by the group for authors intending to undertake systematic reviews.
Cochrane is looking for volunteers to read two short, simple summaries about research reviews and fill out a short survey. No experience is needed. They will email you summaries ask for your feedback within two weeks. It will take 30-45 minutes. They especially want feedback from the public, healthcare professionals, journalists and people who influence policy. Help Cochrane improve how they share research evidence to help people with decision-making.
Interactive Webinar: Antihypertensives in older adults
Should you consider discontinuing antihypertensive treatments in older adults?
The Cochrane review Withdrawal of antihypertensive drugs in older people, led by Dr. Emily Reeve, a researcher at the University of South Australia, found no evidence of an effect of discontinuing compared with continuing antihypertensives in older adults on all‐cause mortality and myocardial infarction.
Dr. Reeve will discuss these findings at an interactive webinar hosted by theTherapeutics Initiative (TI) on Wednesday 17 March at 7pm Vancouver & 10pm Toronto (18 March at 10am Shanghai & 1pm Sydney)

Risk of Bias (ROB 2) webinar series
The final of nine Cochrane Learning Live webinars on Risk of Bias 2 (RoB 2) was held in January 2021. This successful series has seen over 1,200 learners attending and over 10,000 views of recordings to date.

Free Virtual Methods Symposium
Coordinated by theCochrane US Network, the program and speaker line-up aim to maximize dissemination, encourage implementation, and increase knowledge. Topics include:

Cochrane Hypertension Priority Setting
Phase two of our HTN Priority Setting Project continues. Our English/Spanish survey (#AskCochraneHTN), which solicited priorities from patients and other stakeholders has concluded and we are analysing the results, which will be used to propose a draft list of topics to be prioritised.
