20 Years of Evolution
This year marks the 20th year of Suntell. Having been founded in 1996, by bankers, it has always been our vision to provide software that helps community lending institutions of all sizes build sound lending programs. We aim to do that while also providing unmatched customer service to our customers. We have seen many changes and much growth over the past decades but our core mission remains the same. We are excited about the promise offered in the industry and we will continue our efforts to always exceed your expectations. As we continue to grow and build our future, we would be remiss to not also thank each of you for joining us on the journey. Thank you for your business and for your continued loyalty.
The Credit Analysis project continues to be our primary focus as we look to building a stronger solution for your loan management needs. We have added an additional development resource this quarter in the form of a new Developer, Ger Yang. The project continues to make great progress as we move closer to the anticipated release in early 2017 and we are excited to share it with you!
Last quarter we told you about our new information videos being posted to our Facebook page. These quick tip videos are offered in addition to our ongoing Lunch and Learn training opportunities hosted on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. We continue to look for new ways to help our customers succeed. Do you have a suggestion for something you'd like to see us add to the toolbox? Email us to share your suggestons!

The Uberization of Banking
I am reaching an age where I am starting to work on my bucket list, things I want to do or places I want to see before I 'kick the bucket' as they say. I crossed one of those items off my list last month by traveling to Europe for the first time in my life. I spent an entire week in Paris, France. As the trip grew near, I found myself becoming anxious about the potential obstacles. What about the language barrier and not understanding my server or being able to read a menu or street signs? No problem - I downloaded Google Translate to my Smartphone. It translates any language both 'from' and 'to' on the fly in text and voice. You could even hold your phone over text like a menu and have it translate the language. That solved that major concern.
