|CHAMBER OF COMMERCE MEMBER ALERT-REMINDER
AS OF MAY 6, 2013 AT 1:00 PM
PROPOSED MINIMUM WAGE INCREASE- - U P D A T E
While the Rehoboth Beach – Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce has already sent a minimum wage increase opposition letter, and will appear to state our opposition before the Committee this Wednesday, May 8 at 2:30 PM in the House Majority Hearing Room, we encourage our membership to call the Committee members and personally tell them how it will affect their business and families. A letter will help--but nothing beats a personal contact. Be prepared to answer questions, i.e., what part of the Bill don't you like and why? Businesses who oppose the minimum wage increase will find the e-mails and phone numbers or can utilize the Minimum Wage Business Opposition letter template on the Chamber's website for the House Economic Development/Banking/Insurance/Commerce Committee by CLICKING HERE
