First try-out with Roma women in Izmir (Turkey)
In cooperation with the `Modern Roma Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation´ our partner Izmir governorship gave the first try-out of a Mind4Body training. The Roma women were unemployed and in need of social and emotional support. They didn´t know what to expect from the body-oriented approach, but they opened up to new experiences. The training made them aware of their own qualities, so that they felt stronger and more special. The trainers were very proud and satisfied because they touched the lives of the participants in a gentle and succesful way.  They had the feeling to do really something meaningful.
Intercultural try-out at Stichting Tour (The Netherlands)
Ten women from different cultural backgrounds joined the mind4body training in Rotterdam: an intens period of two meetings a week within five weeks.  The participants felt very empowered and would love to join a follow-up.
Feedback:„I was searching for more confidence outside myself, but I learned that all power is within myself.“ „I didnt know it could be so simple: Come to rest and find my path. I experienced my own  strength.”
Training of trainers got completed in October 2016
From each of the involved  countries four trainers joined the education program to get certicifated as mind4body-trainer. Therefore they needed to attend two face-to-face trainings of six days (April and October 2016), follow an online training (summer 2016), realize a training according to the body-oriented approach and reflect their own learning process . A big investment in time and energy! But very useful for the try-outs within mind4body and for further activities in their careers. To get an impression watch the report on italian TV (Molize).
