Taste of Cavan Art Competition

Theme: My Favorite Food

Closing Date: Monday 15 July 2019
 
A two-day writing workshop will be facilitated by Kate Ennals on Saturday and Sunday, 13 and 14 July 2019 in Cavan Town from 10.30am – 4pm.

There will be a limit of 7 places allocated on a first come, first served basis. Cost €60 (includes light home-made lunch on both days).
 


Foyles Young Poets of the Year Award 2019 

Competition open for submissions, it is completely free to enter and is open to anyone aged 11-17 years old from across the world. The deadline to enter is the 31 July 2019. Poems must be in English or in BSL 
 


Peace IV Adult Arts Workshop

We are looking for participants for this exciting new project faciliated by actor and contemporary circus performer Kim Mc Cafferty leading to the ensemble development of a performance to celebrate the refurbishment of Townhall, Cavan.

There are 15 places available as part of this free arts development opportunity.

'Sheelin Rose Celtic Dreaming' 

An exhibition of paintings by Pauline Halton and John Halton will open on Sunday 7 July between 12:30pm and 2pm by Patrick Shaffrey, at Grogan's Pub /  the Castle Lounge, 15 South William St, Dublin 2
 


Storytelling and Technology Marry at St Clare’s N.S.
